I started training around 1978 aged 18 and have trained ever since, i've also competed around 15 or so of those years!

Now i'm not blowing my own trumpet here but i've amassed a lot of valuable experience over the years to do with all aspects of training, dieting and supplementation, so if you feel you need help with any of the above then why not visit the store or drop me an e-mail!

I've been training since 1990. I have competed for 6 of those years from 1993 at the age of 23. It's a terrific sport, one which gives you a lot of self satisfaction, especially in changing the way you look, but also a sport that keeps you healthy and happy!
